Who we are
Ixota LLC (“Ixota,” “we,” “us”) operates the website ixota.ai. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the website only; client engagements are governed by the agreements we sign with each client.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the basic technical data every website needs to load.
- Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company (optional), the service you are interested in (optional), and your message.
- Email and phone: whatever you include when you write to jake@ixota.ai or call us.
- Technical data: when your browser loads the site, our hosting and content providers receive standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested.
We do not use analytics or advertising tools on the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to discuss and provide the services you ask about, and to keep a record of our business communications.
We do not sell your personal information, use it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list without your permission.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only as much as they need to do that work.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or to a successor if Ixota is part of a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and Do Not Track
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The site and our hosting provider may store small, strictly necessary items in your browser, such as a visitor token that lets the contact form send your message, and may use strictly necessary cookies to deliver and secure the site.
Because we do not track visitors across websites, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related correspondence as long as needed to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email jake@ixota.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you additional rights. We will honor requests made under those laws, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are stored in our Wix account behind access controls. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The site is meant for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; if you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
Ixota is based in the United States, and our service providers may store and process information in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be handled in the United States.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our practices change, for example if we add website analytics, and post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
